I am passionate about providing individual counseling for adult women and men. I use a Rogerian person-centered approach, incorporating Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Expressive Arts, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Every client is unique; I interweave different modalities to meet each of my clients’ needs.

I offer clients the opportunity to invest in their healing journey through self pay only. I do not accept insurance. I can provide a Superbill for clients to submit to their insurance company for partial or full reimbursement.
